Odyssey — Verifiable Foundation Models Built From Composable Foundries
arXiv paper proposes ODYSSEY, a categorical framework for constructing foundation models that preserve local truth and remain verifiable across compositions.
Models are assembled from “foundries” — modular architectural blocks that encode local contexts, representation families, restriction maps, gluing rules, obstruction policies, and human-facing views, each carrying an argumentation component.
• Generic foundries: evidence/argument, operational decision, institutional, market, scientific, research-program, assistant, evaluation-harness
• Universal Foundry Learning (UFL) formalizes the construction process
